Financial assistance is available for people participating in treatment or in recovery for substance use disorders or mental health concerns. Support is available for people living in Grand, Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, or Routt counties. There are eligibility guidelines, but we can help.

Vouchers for bus passes and rides to treatment appointments or recovery activities that are not covered through non- emergency medical transport providers.

Housing
Housing vouchers are available to individuals and families who meet eligibility criteria.
